Obituary

Beloved husband, father, grandpa, son, brother and neighbor, Victor Nestor Derhak, 59, passed away May 9, 1998, in Murray, Utah.

Born October 19, 1938, in Dauphin, Manitoba, to Wasyl and Victoria Melnychuk Derhak. Married to Pauline McConkie on June 2, 1965, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.Worked for UDOT for 30 years and spent a lifetime serving others. Active member LDS Church, temple worker.

Survived by wife Pauline; two sons, Maxim (Staci) Derhak, Dean (Conchi) Derhak, West Jordan; three grandchildren, Krystian, Julie, and Kody Derhak; mother; one sister and two brothers, Nancy Smelski, Morley and Vern Derhak. Preceded in death by father, and son Victor Herbert Derhak.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 12 noon on May 12, 1998, at the Taylorsville 13th Ward, 1495 West Tamarack (4565 So.). Friends may call Monday, 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood, and Tuesday, 11-11:45 at the church. Interment, Taylorsville Cemetery.
