Obituary

Our beloved father, grandfather, and husband, Tommy D. Ramirez, passed away on Nov. 27, 2001 due to a long term illness.

Born to Joe Ramirez and Benita Florez on March 7, 1943.

Tommy was a great grand-father who enjoyed and loved all his grand-children deeply.

He was full of the Holiday Spirit, and enjoyed sharing it with all.

Tommy was a very crafty and creative person.

He loved fishing, working on automobiles, and spending time in Wendover.

He was a cowboy at heart.

A man who truly was one of the greatest, strongest, bravest, most loving of men.

He was a fighter to the end, and will be deeply missed.

He leaves behind a wife, Rodrika Ramirez; two daughters, Ricka and Tammy; four sons, Phillip R., Todd J., Lerry E., and Thomas M., all of Salt Lake City; three step-sons, Perry, Gerald, and Arthur Jones, all of Myton, Utah.

Preceded in death by his parents, first wife, Gloria Lucero Ramirez; two sons, Ronnie and Leonard Ramirez; two step-daughters, Sonya J. Herrera, Gardenia B. Jones, and many brothers and sisters.

Funeral Mass will be held Fri., 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 900 So. 200 E.
