Obituary

On September 1st, 2018 our mother passed away at Jordan Valley Medical Center West. Mom was born in Mount Pleasant, Utah on April 15, 1957 to Robert and Edith Christensen.

Mom was an avid artist with many accomplishments and accolades. From engineering to cake design she did it all. It was widely known that her children were her biggest accomplishment. She left the professional world to take care of her girls in 1987, but she couldn't stay away from the excitement of design. She then lead several successful businesses along side of keeping every one else's world together. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served in many capacities.

She is survived by her husband George, her two girls Aerial (Jay) and Ashley, the grand kids: Gage, MacKelty and Edynn, her mother Edith, sister Carolyn, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father Robert and brother Walter.

The family would like to thank the staff at JVMC west and especially Travis RN for his exceptional care and kind words.

Services will be Monday, September 10, 2018 at the Marcrest Building at 6170 West Marcrest Drive, West Valley City, UT 84128. The viewing will be from 9:45-10:45 a.m. with the funeral at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at the Taylorsville Cemetery directly after the services.
