Obituary

Rita Rowley was born in Salt Lake City, May 15, 1957 to Margaret Miera. Rita was full of life and always had a beautiful smile on her face. She didn’t let others see her down or show she in pain. Rita fought a hard battle with cancer. She held on as long as she could with her family surrounded by her. She was a member of Mama’s Temple Pentecostal Church.

Rita left this life on July 23, 2019. She leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband Bryon Rowley, daughter Larita (Melvin) Price, 3 sons Carlos Juarez, Clint Wimberly and Nathaniel Wimberly and 18 grandchildren. She also leaves behind 4 sisters Roberta Davison, Bernice Miera, Gloria Miera, and Pat Miera. Rita is preceded in death by her mother Margaret Miera, her niece Yvasia Davison and nephew Adrian Juarez.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. at Broomhead Funeral Home, 12600 S. 2200 W. Riverton, Utah. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services at 2:00 P.M. Interment at the Taylorsville Cemetery.
