Obituary
Maria calmly and serenely departed her home on February 20, 2020, surrounded by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who love her so much. She was born in Guerrero, Mexico on May 3, 1940. Her parents Juan Trujillo and Lidia Martínez.
We are a very blessed family to have had Granny with us; she is an example of hard work, kindness, tenderness, discipline, and an immense love for her family.
We are sure that she has been reunited with her beloved husband and her daughters Eudosia and Reyna, who preceded her in her departure.
She is survived by her sisters Margarita and Enedina, her children Maria, Tomas, Celsa, Elodia, Silvia, Sofia, Fernanda, Cris, Rosa, Felipe and Adela; 70 grandchildren, 115 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
We will always remember you for your good character and your willingness to serve whoever needed it, you always gave us the best of you...thank you very much, we love you eternally.
We will have a Special Vigil on Sunday, February 23, 2020 starting at 6:00 P.M. at the following address: 3205 South 4440 West, West Valley, UT 84120.
We wish to express sincere gratitude to Father Eleazar Silva, in the Church of St. Peter and St. Paul for the service and spiritual support he offered to the family during this time and to all our neighbors and friends who have shown us their affection.
