Florence Jensen Deverall
"My Buddy"

Family graveside services were held for Florence G. Jensen Deverall on October 4, 2004 with interment in the Taylorsville Cemetery.

She passed away at her home on September 29, 2004.

Mother was born March 27, 1913 in Murray, Utah, to Martin Nielsen Jensen and Rose Elkins. She married Lester Deverall, May 3, 1938. He preceded her in death in 1988.

To mother the important things in life were family, God's precious animals and helping others. She was always mindful of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren's lives. She gloried in their successes and shared their troubles. Everyone knew you could count on grandma's love and listening ear. She loved the animals of the earth and took care of as many as she could.

She is survived by her three daughters and sons-in-law, Kay and Nolan Smith, Lynn and David Getz, Dorothy and Richard Petersen; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.

We will always remember her great example of love, faith in God and to never give up. She endured to the end with grace and beauty. Goodbye until we meet again our precious angel.

Private family services were previously held under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
