He served in many leadership capacities in the church. Don was blessed with many special talents which he delighted in sharing with others, including a beautiful singing voice and the ability to play numerous musical instruments. He will be forever remembered for his kind and compassionate heart. He tenderly cared for his parents in their declining years and was, throughout his life, always willing to give of himself and share all that he possessed with his family and others. His love for the Savior was truly manifest in the way he lived his life. He was always on the go, but experienced his greatest happiness in spending time with his wife and family.
