Obituary

David Michael McAffee Baker was welcomed home by the loving arms of his father, David Gene Baker, as well as many other family and friends on Monday October 14th.
Michael was born May 1st, 1993 to Pamela McAffee Mitton and David Gene Baker. He lived in Taylorsville his whole life. He graduated from Taylorsville High School and excelled in academic debate. He achieved his Associates Degree at the time of high school graduation. He was attending Salt Lake Community College and employed at CaptionCall assisting the disabled. Mike was vibrant and loving in all his actions. He loved animals and spending time outdoors. He enjoyed games, concerts, comedy, yoga and shared his love of music with everyone around him. He was passionate about politics, philosophy and history. His dog Ruby was his constant companion, they spent every day together.
He will be dearly missed by his mother, Pamela McAffee Mitton as well as his siblings Dan (Marlene), Michele (Ryan), Brian, Brad, Jessica (Dave), Heather and Hillary and many other family members.
We welcome family and friends to a viewing Friday, October 18th from 6-8 pm at the Taylorsville North Stake Center, 1250 West Atherton Drive Taylorsville UT. There will be a viewing Saturday from 12-1 pm and services following at 1 pm. Internment: Taylorsville City Cemetery. Independent Funeral Service
