Obituary

Cornelius was born on April 19, 2021. In his short life on earth, he was very loved and brought joy to many people, especially his parents. Although he was small, he sensed when his parents were visiting him. He would hold tight to his mom and dad’s fingers when given the chance. His mom was very excited to be able to change his diaper for the first time.

Before he left this life his parents and both of his grandmother’s were given the chance to hold and snuggle him for the first and last time on this earth. Although we were sad to see him go, we told him this is not goodbye, it’s just see you later. Cornelius was called back to Heaven on April 23, 2021.

His parents and family would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses at the University of Utah Hospital NICU who took such good care of him.

Cornelius is survived by his parents Todd & Maelee Tarbox; his grandparents Kim and Andy Wood & Gerald and Becky Brunner, Renn Tarbox; and many aunts and uncles. Forever in our hearts you will always be our little angel baby.

A viewing is scheduled on May 8, 2021 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, followed by a Graveside Service at the Taylorsville City Cemetery.
