Obituary

Ruby Pacheco, 78, died on peacefully at her son’s home on February 9, 2019. She was born on November 16, 1940. Ruby married Leo Pacheco in June 1996 at the St. Ann’s church in Salt Lake City. Together they had 4 children, Leonard, Tavy, Tammy and Stevey Valdez.

She was preceded in death by her son Tavy, husband Leo, Her Parents, Julia and Alfonso, her brothers Herman, Gilbert and sister, Betty.

Ruby is Survived by: Her children Leonard (Vickie) and Tammy; Siblings, MaryAnn, Larry, Danny, Anthony, Rudy (Angie) Junior and Evelyn.

Ruby was a very loving and caring person. She loved cooking for anyone that come into her home. She had many grandkids and many great grandkids. Ruby spent most of her time with her grandson Marcus, he was the joy of her life. She always looked forward to her morning coffee with her son Leonard. She loved to take trips to Grand Junction and to Wendover. We would like to thank Hospice for taking great care of Ruby and her family. We love you so much and we are going to miss you like crazy. May you rest in peace mom.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on February 23, 2019 at the St Patrick’s Church located at 1058 W 400 So, Salt Lake City, UT 84104 with a Viewing from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m..
