Obituary
Larry Albert Dabb, 88 loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend passed away March, 2025 from complications of cancer.
Larry was born October 18, 1936 to Albert John and Mary Velma Fuller Dabb. Larry married Janice Harman on May 1, 1958 and have five children.
Larry was the oldest of four children. As a young boy he loved to play in the hills at Farr West, UT. He attended West High, University of Utah and spent four years in the Air Force. When discharged he worked and built up many businesses throughout the years.
His real passion was being outdoors in the mountains. He enjoyed skiing, snowmobiling, water skiing, 4-wheeling. He loved hunting and looking for antler sheds. He and his sons spend many decades going hunting for weeks during the year. Eventually grandchildren grew older and entered in the hunting scene with them. Many memories were made on these trips.
Larry is survived by his wife, Janice, his five children Don (Carol), Lori, Steve (Jan), Gary (Ronda) and Gregg (Angela), 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, brother Blaine and sister JoAnn Rogers.
He is preceded in death by his parents Bert & Velma Dabb, brother Brent and great-grand daughter Makayla Grace Hunsaker.
You may visit with the family at the viewing to be held on Thursday, April 3rd from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 5980 South 1300 West Taylorsville, UT 84123. Graveside services will be held right after the viewing at 12:00 pm at Taylorsville City Cemetery, 4567 South Redwood Rd, Taylorsville, Utah.
